The Zoom ZFX Control Package contains a Zoom C5.1ut foot controller USB audio interface, ZFX amp modelling VST plug-in software, and Steinberg Cubase LE4 music production software for a complete 24-bit/48kHz guitar recording software and hardware package. The ZFX VST plug-in software contains a library of legendary amps, cabinets and effects models.
The Zoom C5.1t combines five function switches and a foot controller with expression pedal and a USB audio interface allowing connection of guitars, basses, vocal mics or keyboards. The Hi-Z input section contains a 12AX7 pre-amp valve, blending the clarity of transistor sound with the natural compression and saturation of a valve. The C5.1t foot controller features two balanced XLR inputs with 48 volt phantom power for condenser microphones. The built-in expression pedal and footswitches all you to control preset parameters and effects of the ZFX with your foot while playing your guitar. The expression pedal not only handles regular effect control functions such as volume, wah or pitch shift and can also be used to adjust modulation rate or reverb mix level in real time. The five assignable switches can be used to turn effects on/off, toggle patches, perform tap tempo input, activate bypass mode.
The ZFX VST plug-in amp modelling software software offers 12 classic guitar amplifier spanning some 50 years of rock history, 5 bass amplifiers for classic bass tones, 41 stombox effects to add depth and colour to your sound, 16 guitar and bass cabinets miked by 4 studio-standard professional recording microphones. More than 300 tone presets are included, offering a range of amp, cabinet, mic and effects setting combinations. With an intuitive user interface, the Zoom VST plug-ins are easy to setup and change while you play. Changing amp settings, cabinet layout, mic position and rearranging the stompbox effects is simple by dragging and dropping.
Steinberg Cubase LE4 sequencing software is compatible with the Zoom ZFX VST plug-ins and is capable of handling recording, editing and mixing of both audio and MIDI. VST plug-in support means you can get started immediately, creating amazing tones to record you guitar or bass using eht bundeld Zoom ZFX amp modelling software.
